We are delighted to welcome Harriet to our team, as Senior Baker.
Harriet brings with her a wide range of culinary experience, having started her career with a First Class Honours in International Business Management (Culinary Arts). Since Harriet has worked a in fine dining restaurant and tea room as a Pastry Chef.
Her speciality is making free from food taste incredible. Fun fact – Harriet has a black belt in kickboxing (don’t slate the cake.)
Harriet supplies the Farm Shop and Cafe with simply amazing cakes, tray bakes and quiches, with seasonal specials and new flavours being created all the time. All baked fresh daily.
