Hargraves Dairy

Our milk is supplied by Hargraves Dairy a local family run dairy farm, based at Collingham, Newark.

Step 1 - Hargreaves milk is milked from the cow and pasteurised, all onsite at a family farm in Collingham. The farm has been going for over 125 years, dating back to 1896.

Step 2 - It is then placed into glass bottles and sealed and ready to be transported. That total process takes 2 hours.

Step 3 - It is then transported to local businesses. Hardy’s Farm Shop, just 8.5 miles from its origin.
This process keeps all the wholesome fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals intact.

The glass bottles are recyclable, cutting down on unnecessary plastic waste. Hargreaves do gold top, green top and red top, all unhomogenized and still has cream on top, like the old school milk! We have no doubt that you will be able to taste the difference. Enjoy!

We are the proud stockists of Thaymar Real Luxury Dairy Ice Cream and Real Fruit Sorbets.

Thaymar have been made at Haughton Park Farm, Retford by the Thaymar Family since 1988.

Thaymar produce 35 delicious flavours of ice cream and sorbets are made using fresh milk, double cream and the finest natural ingredients.

We stock 13 of the very best, including their award winning ‘Elderflower and Gooseberry’ ice cream is made using local Belvoir elderflower cordial and fresh local gooseberries.

All flavours are suitable for vegetarians and the majority are gluten free (please ask for allergen advice for further information). All the flavours are tried and tested by the Thaymar team and our loyal customers.
