Waste not. Want not.

At Hardy’s, we’re always looking at ways to do things better, and that includes how we reduce waste across the farm shop and café.

From using surplus fruit and veg in our café dishes, soups and stews… to working with Too Good To Go, helping perfectly good food find a home.

We’re also introducing a coffee grounds bin for customers to take and use as compost, and encouraging the use of our cardboard boxes instead of bags wherever possible.

It’s all part of doing our bit, thoughtfully, and in a way that still celebrates great food and quality produce.
