• Vegetable ribbon, cheddar cheese and caramelized onion tart, in a parmesan and herb pastry 

All the above are served with creamy mash, crispy roast potatoes, honey roasted carrot, a giant Yorkshire pudding, gravy and seasonal buttered greens.
