Deposit
A deposit of £100 is payable at the start of the agreement and is held against the lock and keys. This is fully refundable on return at the end of the hire period. Insurance is the tenants responsibility
Payment Terms
Minimum term is 7 days, Rent to be paid in advance, All payment via direct debit. Any overpaid rent days are refunded at the end of the hire period, once keys are returned. 7 days notice period from either party. We use a third-party company called GoCardless for all payments. It’s secure, quick and easy to set up via a unique link you will receive on invoices from us and enables both parties to easily and efficiently manage payments.
